List the four ways behaviors may change when practicing behavioral flexibility

What will be an ideal response?

One way behaviors change is when employees move from a work to a social context, at a
party for example, where they should be more informal and relaxed.
Another way behaviors may change is when the relationship itself changes, for example
from one of co-worker to one of friendship.
The third way in which behavioral flexibility is relevant is when interaction patterns change.
For example, one may initiate conversations as the boss, but as friends both may be equally
comfortable initiating contact and conversations. The way conversations begin and end may
change as well.
The fourth way behaviors may change is to meet the requirements of the dialectical tensions
present in any relationship. Dialectical tensions are those feelings of opposition one may
experience during dialogues with others. For example, you may appreciate the guidance of
your co-worker and at the same time want to make an independent decision.
