Does morningness/eveningness preference change ever?
What will be an ideal response?
It certainly does. Our preference for going to bed late or waking early changes as we age, develop, and as our hormones shift. We tend to be more evening people in emerging adulthood as this helps with study and lifestyle choices. As we age, we tend to be more morning people.
