Describe the similarities and differences between public communication and mass communication

Both utilize a single speaker speaking at an audience. In both means of communication, audiences can be large or small, but are typically a large group of people. In public communication, audience feedback is immediate, whereas in mass communication it is always delayed. More similarities and differences will occur.
