What is the implicit social norm?

What would be an ideal response?

This is more of a rule but not a law in any given society where it is not spoken but you learn about them through violation of the rule(norm). Implicit social norms can also be openly talked about rules of a group concerning the appropriateness or inappropriateness of certain values, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors.
