Briefly explain why you might choose Simple Markup view over All Markup view when editing a shared document?
What will be an ideal response?
All Markup shows all editing changes and comments, which can result in a cluttered, hard-to-follow display. For a simpler display, you can change to Simple Markup view, so that edits are noted but not displayed unless you click the red bar indicating the presence of edits. Simple Markup makes it easy to view only those edits that are critical at the moment.
