How does the DHCP server (PC2) know on which network PC3 is located when it receives the DHCP request?

What will be an ideal response?

The packets coming from the DHCP client have the IP address of the intermediate DHCP relay agent which lies in the same subnet as the client. The DHCP server can deduce the network address by looking at the DHCP relay agent field.
