Provide the class with a glossary of the most important project management terms and definitions.
What will be an ideal response?
Students can review the chapter for bold-faced terms, or review the Key Terms list at the end of the chapter. You might suggest that terms be organized as building blocks, in a logical order, like the order in which characters appear in a movie. Starting with an overall definition of project management, the list might continue with project planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling, and project reporting – then shift into hands-on terms like tasks, events, milestones, and so on.
