Describe the History panel. What is the extent of its capabilities? What are its limitations?

What will be an ideal response?

The History panel shows the steps that you have performed while editing and formatting a document in Dreamweaver. It records all tasks that you perform and displays them in the order in which you completed them. Dragging the slider up and down in the History panel is a quick way to undo or redo steps. However, the History panel offers much more. It can "memorize" certain steps and consolidate them into one command. This is a useful feature for steps that you need to perform repeatedly. Note that some Dreamweaver features, such as steps performed in the Files panel, cannot be recorded in the History panel. The default number of steps that the History panel will record is 50, unless you specify otherwise in the General Preferences dialog box. Setting this number too high requires additional memory, and may affect the speed at which Dreamweaver functions.
