Can you describe the problem and describe when the problem first started and when it occurs? Was the computer recently moved? Was any new hardware or software recently installed? Was any software recently reconfigured or upgraded? Did someone else use your computer recently? Does the computer have a history of similar problems? Is there important data on the drive that is not backed up? Can you show me how to reproduce the problem?
