What will be an ideal response?

Answers will vary. You can view a worksheet in three ways. Normal view, which you have been using, simply shows the contents of the sheet. Page Layout view shows how the sheet will look when printed.Page Break Preview displays the location of page breaks within the worksheet. This is particularly useful when a worksheet will span several printed pages and you want to control what content appears on each page. The view buttons are located on the right edge of the status bar. You can also change the view by clicking the appropriate button in the Workbook Views group on the View tab.?You can adjust the worksheet so that it prints on a single page. The simplest way to accomplish this is to change the page orientation. By default, Excel displays pages in portrait orientation, where the page is taller than it is wide. In many cases, however, you will want to print the page in landscape orientation, where the page is wider than it is tall.?You can print the contents of a workbook using the Print screen in Backstage view. The Print screen provides options for choosing what and how to print. For example, you can specify the number of copies to print and which printer to use. You can print only the selected cells, the active sheets, or all of the worksheets in the workbook that contain data. The printout includes only the data in the worksheet. The other elements in the worksheet, such as the row and column headings and the gridlines around the cells, do not print. You also see a preview of the workbook so you can check exactly how the printed pages will look with the settings you selected before you print. Please see the section "Previewing and Printing a Workbook" for more information.
