Filter for critical tasks in the Gantt Chart. Expand and collapse tasks as needed; view the Predecessors column in the Task Entry table to look at the dependencies to see where you might be able to change the dependencies. Use Form view to analyze Predecessors or use the Task Inspector to help identify Predecessor tasks, lag and lead settings, and dependencies. Double-click the link line to open the Task Dependency dialog box and delete the dependency, change the dependency, or enter a lag time. When you are finished, click the OK button. View the Finish date in the Project Information dialog box to see if you are meeting the target date.
