What are some of the keys to doing public relations well?

What will be an ideal response?

Your goal in PR is to create the best possible message and disseminate it in a way that your audience can accept and understand it. Gather enough information so you can explain the claims you make. When it comes time to write, simply say what you mean and say it to the best of your ability. In crafting a message, you have to understand that being right and being accurate sometimes take a backseat to the need to be humane. Practitioners in this field often have multiple audiences they need to appease and therefore they must fashion multiple messages. Although the core of the message might be the same (don’t panic), the approach he or she takes and the facts he or she emphasizes will differ substantially.
